Delicious NO-Oat-Oatmeal Recipe
Valentine’s Day was last week, but it’s not too late to enjoy a delicious treat that’s good for your heart (and your taste buds).
It’s a super yummy protein-packed breakfast recipe that’s heart-healthy and full of delicious ingredients.
TIP: This can be portioned into plastic bags for emergency rations at work, or when you're out and about ... such a better choice than hitting the drive thru!
No-Oat-Oatmeal
(Serves 1)
- 1½ scoops whey or egg white protein powder (enough to equal 30g protein)
- 4 tbsp almond meal
- 4 tbsp flax seed meal
- 2 tbsp unsweet shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chia seed meal
- Cinnamon to taste
- 2 pinches salt
- Boiling water to your preferred consistency
