A little background first: I can’t even count how many of my clients first come to me telling me they are STUCK.
They WANT to feel healthier, leaner, more energized. In other words, their bodies aren't FUN to live in any more and they want that to change
… and in most cases, they’ve spent years HOPING, WISHING, and even “TRYING” to make it happen.
This isn’t a fun place to live in … and it can leave people feeling downright defeated, unmotivated, and powerless.
Why weren’t they able to achieve their goals yet?
Answer: They hadn’t yet stepped into their true power to make it happen — to bring those changes to life.
They didn’t fully OWN the outcome of their actions (their daily habits).
But once they stepped into their power and took OWNERSHIP of their daily life choices and their goals?
Magical things started happening.
Things like: Kay who got her fasting blood glucose levels below pre-diabetic levels, and Renea who is gaining the skills and habits she needs to fit in her slinky date-night dress.

Here's the truth: If you want things TO change, you must MAKE a change.
You must OWN your daily processes (habits) in order to achieve your desired outcome.
