Get Off the Yo-Yo Rollercoaster

Ever been here before?

Something sparks a person to set a new health and wellness goal that they were REALLY excited about.

Maybe they:

  • stepped on the scale after the holidays,
  • had a big event coming up (reunion, wedding, vacation, etc.),
  • were unhappy with the results from their latest doctor’s visit,
  • watched an inspiring movie … or were wowed by someone else’s transformation,
  • or had some other kind of wake-up call

You know what happens next ... it's so predictable.

They commit to cleaning up their eating, start exercising, and/or make some BIG CHANGES when it comes to their self-care.

And then they go at it … HARD!

And things are going great.

But then something unexpected pops on their schedule …. or they eat a little “off your plan” … or they skip a workout ….

And that one miss turns into another, and another, and another.

And before you know it, they’re completely off track and upset at themselves ... and even snappy and crabby at the people around them

And few weeks or months (or even years) go by, until the next time you see them climbing back on that very same rollercoaster ride ... still with no skills, or support and making the same old mistakes.

It can be a really painful and frustrating cycle to watch someone get stuck in.  Or maybe it's YOU who is the star of this story ....

But, I do have some really good news.

It makes perfect sense that this person kept falling off track ... because it’s almost impossible for ANYONE to keep up that level of intensity and still live a normal life!

Don’t get me wrong:  Having a new health and wellness goal is FANTASTIC … and healthy!

BUT it’s even BETTER when I help my clients find a way to work on goals that won’t drain as much time and energy from their everyday life.

In a way that ... the small changes that my clients make consistently and over time sets them up for success, rather than predictable failure.

PLUS, there’s a bonus:  when I show my clients that they can find a happy middle ground, they won’t find themselves on that confidence-sucking rollercoaster ride anymore.

That’s because they actually are able to maintain all the results they’ve earned. (YES!!)

Finding this sustainable middle ground is key to successful health and wellness transformations … and something I actively work on with my clients.  It IS possible to achieve amazing results without disrupting a person's entire routine, and it’s what I specialize in.

If you know someone who is finally ready to jump off that rollercoaster for the last time, my VIP 1:1 Total Transformation coaching program is for people who have spent their lives devoted to their career, spouse, kids, and are now becoming the primary caregivers of their own parents ... all while neglecting their own health in the process.

Let's help these amazing and caring people achieve a body that's FUN to live in again!
